Asking price — Include any known financing structure or seller terms only if relevant and available.
Rent roll — Current form is acceptable; a polished package is not required.
Operating information — Operating statements, T-12, budget, utility information, or other owner-provided records if available.
Property condition — Known repairs, deferred maintenance, recent inspections, capital work, or condition reports if available.
Additional context — Taxes, insurance, occupancy issues, major vendor contracts, or other information that materially affects operations.
